  • How long before my wedding date should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

    You should start looking for bridal gowns in Atlanta, GA about 10 to 12 months before the wedding, as you want to have time to order and alter the gown. Dresses can take up to 6 to 8 months to come in. Some designers will rush upon request.

  • Do you take walk-ins or is it appointments only?

    Before coming to our wedding dress shop in Atlanta, GA we require that you make an appointment. This is so that we can ensure each and every bride gets the service and experience that they deserve.

  • How long will my appointment be?

    Your appointment will be scheduled for an hour and a half. 

  • How many guests can we bring?

    You can bring up to three guests with you when you visit our wedding dress shop in Atlanta, GA. If you have further questions about this, please call our shop and speak to one of our consultants.

  • What size gowns are available to try on in the store?

    Our dress samples range from a size 8-24. We will order your wedding gown based off your personal measurements.

  • What if there is a gown that I like from a designer that you carry, but you don’t have that particular gown in your store?

    If you have found a particular dress online and would like to try it on in our store, ask one of our consultants if we have that dress in stock. If we do not have that dress in store, we will always work with you to find a dress with a similar style. We can also contact the designer to see if we could have the dress shipped to our store for you to try on if the designer has a loaner program. There is a fee for the loaner program by the designers.

  • What does made-to-order mean when ordering my gown?

    Once you have found your dream dress, we will take your measurements to determine what size you would like to order. The consultant will review the size chart with you so that you can discuss what size would work best for you. The dress will be made to that specific size but alterations will usually be needed. The price of alterations is not included in the price of the gown. 

  • Do you offer custom gowns?

    Some of our designers do offer custom designs for an extra fee.

  • Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

    You do not have to bring anything with you to your appointment. We have undergarments available in our store for you to use if you need them. If you feel like you are a difficult fit for undergarments, feel free to bring your own with you.

  • Do you have in-house seamstresses in the store?

    No. We recommend our brides to a couple of seamstresses that work as independent contractors. You will set up your appointment directly with the seamstresses and pay them directly. They come to the store on particular days of the week or you can go to their place of business to alter your dress.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Our store has a no-return and no-exchange policy.

  • What is a trunk show?

    We host trunk shows throughout the year with different designers. This is a great opportunity to see a large selection of gowns from the designer. The trunk shows do not last long, so make sure to book an appointment with us soon!

  • Are alterations included in the cost of the wedding gown?

    One thing to keep in mind while looking at bridal gowns in Atlanta, GA is that alterations are a separate cost from the price of the wedding gown. Factor this in while considering the price.

    It is free to book an appointment with our wedding dress shop in Atlanta, GA. However, we do charge for no-shows and for appointments that were not canceled 24-hours in advance.

  • Do dresses have multiple color options?
